The best way we can help you is if you post what you are eating now, and what you are currently doing for exercise and what you do for a living (activity-wise - seated all day, active, etc.), so we get a better idea of what your energy intake and output is (calories in and calories out), that way we are better able to help you figure out where to go from here.

here are some guidelines for how to post your current eating habits:

    example:
(notice i list amounts, brand names where applicable, times, etc.)

    Meal 1 - breakfast, 6 am

    1 cup of oats
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1 medium grapefruit
    3 egg whites

    Meal 2 - Lunch, 12 pm

    Double WHopper
    Diet Coke

    Meal 3 - Snack, 3 pm

    1 large apple
3 slices of sara lee sliced turkey

    Meal 4 - Dinner, 7 pm

    1 small bowl of pasta
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    1 chicken breast
salad (lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers, almonds)
1 tablespoon Newmans Own Italian Dressing

Meal 5 - late night snack

    1 bowl of captain crunch
    1 cup of skim milk
