    Soy Protein

There has been many debates about if you should have it or not. What do you guys think?? I love these ZONE protein fudge bars and they have soy protein in them it would be a shame not to eat them = D

Putting the Soy debate aside I think all would agree, at least, those bars should only make up a small percentage of your overall protein intake (soy or otherwise). And if this is the case, and your training has been going well and you are making goals in whichever direction you are heading, not seeing any negatives from your current soy intake, then perhaps you need not worry too much.

However there are a lot of good threads on soy to be found...

you shouldn't worry if you eat a bar here and there but if you take soy regularly, you should go read up on that stuff and come to your own conclusions.

me personally? i don't really eat soy in any form, sometimes in a protein bar probably so i really don't care enough to devote time to reading and trying to figure out which side is less full of shit.
