Sodium in Egg whites...
Hello...
I just found out that 1 egg white contains naturally 60 mg of sodium..... I used to take 16 egg whites (total in one day)......this is like 960 mg of sodium!....I did not take this into account and I would add more sodium/potassium in my food all day long... my information is correct isnt it?

Yes, depending on the size, an egg white has 30-60mg of sodium. 2000mg per day of sodium is for the average person. You wouldn't be at harm to go 3-4000mg per day due to your exercise and healthy ways, of course this applys to more of the natural lifters than AAS users. You excrete most of the sodium so just make sure you get in all your minerals and enough water.
