Dropping body fat
Is it possible to drop 5-10% bodyfat in 4-6 weeks?
Is there an "industry standard" or guideline about how much bodyfat you can lose in a week? Obviously the lower in BF you are the harder it will be to drop it but is there some sort of accepted standard, sort of like loosing 1-2 pounds per week on a diet? |

Yes 1-2 pounds a week is usually a good guideline. Any more tends to be a loss lbm which ofcourse is not good and counterproductive to fat loss.
Make small changes to diet and exercise periodically. Good things come to those who wait...The slower the process, The geater the reward!
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.
