Meal timing

Stupid question, but I am trying to get my meal timings 110% right, do you start the next 3 hours, before or after you've eaten ur previous meal

so say u eat @12pm and finish eating @ 12.15 do you have the next meal @ 3pm or 3.15pm

You worry to much a few minutes is not going to make a difference. There is more to life.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Knowing that everyones body and metabolism are unique to them, 3 hours is not the "110% perfect" timing but is just the best and most widely accepted estimate that most of us operate under. So, considering that, I would just co-sign what IainDaniel stated above me.

Relax a little bit. Base your timing on your own trial and error and base your trials and errors on your attempts and results and you can't go wrong. A few minutes in either direction is not going to make or break anyone. Especially not anyone who is closely monitoring their own body.

I use a 1/2 hour window. If I start eating at 7:30AM I know by 9:30 I need to be preping a meal, and by 10 have it in my gut.
