reading nutritional labels?
i dont know what to look for on nutritional labels whats good and what to avoid
and i dont know what are good and bad amounts of whats on the labels the different fats...for example is saturated ok? i know to avoid trans on the ingrediant label what sugars do i avoid? that sort of thing can any of you help me with this? maybe a link |
