Psychological aspects of "dieting"
In the past, my diet would consist of coffee in the a.m., maybe...Maybe something in passing during the day, (although rare) and then something more resembling a meal late at night (9:30-10:00)when I got home. I could go forever without eating, which is sad because I own a restaurant.
So, I've re-structured my diet, aiming for six meals a day (typical of those here, not to be confused with large "meals") and I have since been Starving my Ass Off! Psychological or Physiological?

Yeah, this I know. But it has only been a couple of days. I think what's happened is that my late "meal" was usually high in carbs......so maybe what I'm dealing with is carbohydrate cravings moreso than cravings for food in general. ![]()
