8 meals vs 6 meals?
Would eating 8 meals instead of 6 really make a difference while bulking? Also should I get up in the middle of the night to drink a protein shake? Will this really make a diffeence? If yes should this be whey or casien protein?

Do what feels right for you. I don't think it matters one bit if you eat 6 or 8.
I do know that waking up to eating the middle of the night is just non-productive and a very bad idea. |

As for me, I don't intentionally wake up in the middle of the night to eat.
But since I drink so much water, I usually wake up 1-3 times during the night just to pee. And if I feel hungry enough, I will go into my kitchen and choke something down. |

I sure wouldn't interrupt my slumber to have a shake..... Just make sure it's a slow digesting protein and combine it with a fat and you should be good. 8 meals would probably better spread out your protein, but that's a lot of scheduling. If you have a sit down job it's doable....otherwise, just do 6 and don't worry about it.
