Need Help With Bulking Diet

I'm currently 135 lbs, and I need to add a bulking diet to my lifting program. I want to eat 6 meals per day, but I'm having trouble figuring out what to eat. Any help you can give me is appreciated (I know this diet needs work).

Meal 1:
Bowl of cereal with skim milk
Bananna
3 glasses of water

Meal 2 (Post workout):
Protein Shake
Multivitamin
Fiber Pills
I'd like to add something else to my post workout meal, but I don't know what

Meal 3:
2 6.oz Chicken Breasts
1 cup rice
1 cup veggies
3 glasses of water

Meal 4:
1 bagel w/low fat cream cheese
bananna
1 glass of water

Meal 5:
2 6 oz Chicken Breasts
1 cup rice
1 cup veggies
3 glasses of water

Meal 6:
1 cup almonds or pistachios
1 protein bar
1 glass of water

Thanks in advance for your help, and let me know if you need to know anything else.

check this out (Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance) it will you give a basic outline of the amount and type of foods you should be eating as well as timing, water intake, veggies etc. consider it a crash course dieting.

i must say, you're diet really isn't half bad though in terms of food selection. i don't know how many kcals that is but i'm estimating that you should be eating more. adding more protein and efa's to your diet will probably set you straight and being more specific about portions of food (ie measure everything you eat, not a bowl of cereal but 1c frosted flakes, 1 c milk etc) is important so you can then accurately add or remove kcals from your diet and elicit the changes to you are looking for.
