On a cut...
I usually do my last 2 meals fat + prot. But on certain days now I go to the gym much later so I end up doing Post work out shake, then 1 hour later about 50g carbs in my meal, then my pre-bed meal (cottage cheese + pb). On these days I still hit the same calories, but just having carbs much closer to bed.
On my old style days I would do Post Workout Shake, Meal (with carbs), Another Meal (Fat + Protein), Pre Bed Meal (Fat+Protein). Just want to know if it will have any affect? On those days instead of the 20g of fat and 30g protein I usually have I'm having it earlier in the day. |

Should be fine. Most important thing is Cals in vs. Cals out. So I wouldn't worry about it.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
