    detoxing

    any1 got any helpful info on detoxing, or past experiences with it? whats the best way to detox or best product to buy to do it?

    What is your purpose for this detoxing? Do you plan on fasting with this detox as well?

    Don't mean to interupt, but I'd like to add another question to his...

    Is a detox something that would be wise once a year or so? Say... a few weeks before a cycle? Best during a cut? I've never done it before, but it sounds like a good way to clean up some of the toxins I inject (hah) at college.

    IMO, which is personally speaking of course, I feel better when I do a full detox 2-3 times per year.

    Interesting. Do you mind listing what you do? Completely new to the concept, but have heard good things about it. I imagine it can help the CNS repair, translating to better performance in the gym.

    So which supplements do you use? I'm assuming it's during a cut? Any strict guidlines to follow?

    I don't use any supplements. I take 4 days and I don't workout and instead go for evening walks. Take aromotherapy baths and drink homemade juices from various fruits and veggies. Lots of distilled water, no caffeine - no fluids other than water. Let me see if I can find the thread that I listed the different juice ideas for detox.
