Fructose Syrup vs. HFCS

What's the difference. I was looking at a package of Activia Yogurt by Dannon today. I noticed it has a whopping 17g of sugar per 4 oz. serving. I started reading the label and came accross Fructose Syrup high on the list. Is this stuff the same as high fructose corn syrup or something different. Bad ingredient?

Not much difference at all. It's still corn syrup no matter how you look at it.

Oh sorry, I should have add my trailer park lingo.

Ok, let me try again.

"Duh, it's fucking corn syrup of course it's bad shit"

There, does that work better for you?
