eggs

Is it ok to crack 2 or 3 dz at a time and store them in the fridge?

I would suggest not doing that.



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

just by some egg whites, as well as some whole eggs. Is it really that time consuming to crack 1-2 eggs?

I used to do that, but only about 1 doz at a time because i would eat 6 whites, twice a day... so i'd crack them all the nigh tbefore, keep them in a glass bowl (not plastic), covered with press-n-seal plastic wrap. i wouldn't suggest keeping them in the fridge for days like that though. but overnight i don't see the harm, especially if it speeds things up in the morning for breakfast pre time.
