Depends on a lot of factors. But as a treat once in a while it is alright.

And tastes good



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Whole wheat, natty PB & raw fruit opposed to white bread, standard PB & sugary jelly would be optimal, yes?

Ok once in awhile? Isn't just about everything ok in moderation? Won't kill ya but yeah, as IainDaniel said, lots of factors to consider if you are serious

I put on 20lbs eating bagels back in 96, so I vote hell no.
