diet help
hey
been going to the gym for about 10 months, got bigger but i dont eat properly (being a student) but am replacing my beer money for some proper food... basically i have no idea about nutrition. i have just bought some whey protien shake (today) and have had 2 shakes (mixed with soya milk) i generally eat breakfast: musli (if i get up in time) and mayb some fruit lunch: pasta ready meal or backed potato with a little chease and sweet corn and more fruit dinner: chicken with rice, or pasta more fruit snaks are always fruit as i have to cut chocolate out compleatly otherwise i crave it loads i have a layer of fat on me which i want to loose but also want to bulk up as well. i hate eggs and tuna (can salmon replace tuna?) which is what alot of people are telling me to eat when should i take the shakes and how often, what else do i really need to eat thanks alot |
