Morning cardio
Hey
During my bulk I do 3 cardio sessions on non-weightlifting days...... One of them is normal-intensity for 30 mins and the others are 20-25 mins HIT. My HIIT pre-nutrition is carbs-protein and post nutrition carbs-protein immediately.. Now....for the normal intensity and in order to minimize any muscle waste.... I wake up I take 30-35 grams of Whey with some creatine at 8 am .... at 8.30 am i Take 5 BCAA caps and a caffeine pill( 1250 mg Leucine, 1250mg Glutamine, 800 Isoleucine, 800 Valine + Vitamin C)...i hit the cardio for 30 mins....immediately after i take 5 more BCAA Caps...and 35 mins later I have my breakfast Oats,WHey,Egg whites, cinnamon etc ( 50-60 carbs,35 protein)... Is this ideal to prevent any muscle loss? ...
