Another Post Workout shake thread!
Hey all,
I've searched the forums for info on post workout shakes but im still a little confused. Up till now after my workouts I usually have 3 eggs on a slice of brown bread, a banana and perhaps a yoghurt or something. I've been considering making a post workout shake as my current post workout meal isnt fantastic. I understand its important to have a good protein source so obviously whey protein powder would be a good start, id mix that with skimmed milk and then a couple bananas? How does this sound? Should I include some kind of dextrose powder? Any help is appreciated Thanks. |

I would skip the Dextrose for some Oats or Oat Bran. IMO

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
