What can I add to this day?
I just started fall semester, and it always takes me a few weeks to get adjusted to different meal times, rushing, etc. I workout on the days I have class, so I'll show you what I eat up to my workout. For your information I'm on a very very clean bulk, I'm at 5% bf soo trying to maintain very low, and gain very slow.
Lately I've been feeling hungry, and workouts are just not like they were during the summer. 8:00am - 5 egg whites, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup oats - 540 calories 11:00am - Greens + Whey Protein Bar (Jodi Approved) http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bioc/greenbars.html - 280 calories 1:00pm (lunch) - 1 can of tuna, 2 slices ezekial bread - 310 calories 4:10pm (when I get home) - 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup of oats -510 calories 5:00pm - Workout I can change all my meals after my workout, but what can I add to my meals before I hit the gym. I usually get hungry between lunch and my pre workout shake, and my workout suffers. Then I do post workout shake, dinner, pre-bed meal. |

how about some veggies?
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
