often should I eat
I trying to become a lot leaner, in which I will have to lose about 20 lbs. I know everyone says to eat about 5-7 small meals a day, but I would like to know roughly how many hours between each meal should I eat. I am a pretty strict eater, but not sure how long to wait between meals. Any ideas to help.

I agree the max time u should go without eating is 4 hrs, but its easier said than done in my experiance

i like to eat every 2-3 hours. 6 small meals a day. i also like to do cardio in the morning and ive been doing it after my last meal of the day (night time).

Every 3 hours, until 3 hours before bed...
