Check out what I ate today..

So I'm just getting used to eating healthy.. I tried a "bulking" diet that I made up last year, that consisted primarily of oats, and 5-6k calories a day. Needless to say I got fat.. Now I've been playing lots of soccer, eating healthier and have slimmed down almost 20 pounds. So now I'm going for that final tweak to get my diet just where it needs to be to build muscle and shed fat.

Here's a typical day for me..

#1
6 Egg White Omlette, 1/4 Cup Cheese, 2 slices processed turkey

#2
Chicken Breast and Natural PB Sandwhich on Whole Wheat, 1/4 Cup Almonds

#3
Tuna Sandwhich on WW, 1 Cup Brocolli

#4
1/4 Cup Almonds

#5
100 g Sirloin, 1/3 Cup Oatmeal

Workout

#6
150g Sirloin, 1 Cup Beans / Carrots, 1 Cup Skim Milk

Summary:
Calories ~ 2200
Protein ~ 200g
Fat ~ 95g
Carbs ~105g

Calories from Protein 40%, Fat 40%, Carbs 20%
See the rest of the stats below..

So What do you think? I'm a 6' 185 lbs active Male, though I do have a desk job.

You need to add more veggies and carbs if ur looking to bulk up but stay lean you need approx 2gs of carbs per 1lb of body weight.

Lacking in Veggies, Decent Carb sources, and efa's

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
