Toungue

sounds good since I like all of em!!

I've read as well god knows how mant times u should have your post WO meal immidiately after and then another full meal, high in protein and carbs about an hour after.

If I had whey, yog, oats and fruit which would be quite a lot do u think I would still need another full meal as soon as 1 hour.

My goals are to bulk up a bit and increase strength.

Cheers,

Yup a full meal an hour later. Your PWO shouldn't be huge

Something like

1 Scoop Whey
1/2 - 1 Piece Fruit
1/2 C. Yogurt
1/2 C. Oats

Trust me, you will be able to eat an hour later

Berries are good in that shake. Personal preference after that.. I like raspberries

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
