Seems like very little food for someone 200 lbs.

What are the total Macros ( Protein, Carbs, and Fats)

im not a diet expert by no means but id be trying to get some decent protein in at every meal, both your snack meals have no protein incorporated (btw these should be meals not snacks).

Reduce your fruit intake and replace with fiberous green vegetables.

Make sure your RTD shakes are not full of empty calories

Id also sub wheat bread for oats/sweet potato for a carb source

For your diet to be effective you need to work out your maintenance calorie requirements and gradually reduce.

Stickies have alot of info about this in them.
