    Flat Out Wraps

    Found these at my local Costco the other day. What do you think as a bread source?

    Calories: 100 Calories from Fat: 25

    Total Fat: 2.5g
    Saturated Fat: 0g
    Trans Fat: 0g
    Cholesterol: 0mg
    Sodium: 380g
    Total Carbohydrate: 17g
    Dietary Fiber: 8g
    Sugars: 1g
    Sugars Alcohol: 1G
    Protein: 9g

    Ingredients: water, vital wheat gluten, whole wheat flour, oat fiber, flax flour, soybean oil, liquid brown sugar.
    Contains less then 2% each of the following: Sodium acid pyrophosphates, wheat bran, fumaric acid, calcium peroxide, cellulose gum, guar gum, calcium sulfate, xanthan gum, annatto color, salt, enzymes, l-cysteine, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine monotrate, riboflavin

    Not too bad. Not a fan of soybean oil but it doesn't appear to be too much. Good fiber count. How do the taste?

    I like that....Liquid brown sugar. Didn't know they had such a thing. Wonder if that would work in home baked cookies
