i need to get big as hell, what foods?

my trainer told me to eat caned tuna cause its cheap and has ab 30 protein grams per servin which is good for that little amount of food.
I have whey protein and creatine. and i work a different body section every day except sundays. any suggestions as to how i can get big as hell. I do mostly machine work as I'm getting used to the forms again....i have about 3 more weeks until I'm turned loose in the free weights room. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....

You should read the stickies on how to make a proper diet. Here is my diet, Im trying to loose weight. If you double everything then it'll work for you. It maybe be a little boring, but as you learn you can change the framework and add different things. Get a gram scale and start learning how to calculate macros.
Shoot for maybe 3500 calories a day? Do that for a month and see how it works, then either add more or less food depending on growth and fat gain.

Bullshit, canned tuna is a great source of protein. If you're paranoid about mercury, eat chunk light.

"Please don't listen to your trainer"???? Then why would you hire a trainer?

buy the StarKist "Low Sodium" tuna (in water of course) - it's more expensive, but definitely cuts down on the sodium levels.

Serv. Size: 2 oz drained
Servings about 2.5

Calculated totals (w/ serving size)
* Calories - 150
* Fat Cal - 12.5
* Total Fat - 1.25
* Cholest. - 62.5 mg
* Sodium - 87.5 mg
* Protein - 35 g

Oatmeal, fish, chicken, lean meat, eggs, young/cottage cheese, brown bread, protein shakes (2 a day), peanut butter, nuts, raisins, oil, italian dishes, potatoes, etc.

For drinks, some multivitamin, tea, milk, but mostly water.

If you're on a bulk, don't be afraid to eat just about any type of meat, cheese or egg.

Stickies!

My solution.

I eat whatever I want within reason.

I only micromanage protein and EFA's.

I stop eating after 9. ( I go to bed about 12)... with the exception of a shake.

I eat plenty of red meat, but LEAN red meat.
