    Whole Eggs

I know some of you have seen heard similar questions and seen similar posts, but I'm kind of confused.
I'm bulking, so eggs are the main protein source for my breakfast. I know that while cutting some people would eat only whites or maybe one whole egg and the rest would be whites.
So, how many whole eggs should I eat?
I used to eat 2 whole eggs and 4 whites, but the calories in my breakfast were still low, so someone recommended eating whole eggs, just I don't know how many.

By the way I'm 185lbs. Just in case it helps.

I eat 2 whole and 4 more whites, I see no problem with a man eating 2-3 yolks a day. Just don't fry them in butter or margarine, use extra virgen olive oil or just HB them.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

So you guys think that eating more than two whole eggs isn't necessary even if you bulking or itsn't healthy?
I was wondering because, the day I wrote posted the thread I ate 4 whole eggs and 4 whites for breakfast. And in case there's no problem with eating more then 2 whole eggs, is it ok to eat like 4 whole eggs everyday for breakfast?

It's not that big of a deal, IMO. If you're worried about it, throw some chicken or steak in with the meal and reduce the amount of whole eggs.

A egg white has about 16 calories in it, the rest of the calories comes from the yoke. Plus all the cholestrol and fat comes from the yoke. I just eat 1 whole and 9 whites whenever cutting. I eat about the same on a bulk however.

I ate 15 whole eggs yesterday. I'm kind of thinking it would be bad for health to do that all the time, I only did it once but I didn't get hungry yesterday. =)

    If I'm not mistaken, it's 50/50 yolk/whites.

Good, cuz I hardly ever get rid of the yolk. I dip my toast into it, but I dont eat it. Only time I seperate the yolk is when I make egg salad.
