Eggs, otmeal, banana is good; an apple might be better.

Eggs and sweet potato is yummy mixed together, or a red potato.....use olive oil not butter and only 1-2 yolks.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I don't make any more money than the average person.

Flank, top round etc... are fairly inexpensive cuts of beef.

I have this every morning, YuM!...

    Omlette:
    - ground turkey
    - eggs and egg whites
    - chopped broccoli, green peppers, onions
    - pure chili powder, no salt kind

    Big bowl o Oatmeal:
    - 1 cup oats
    - little bit of fiber one
    - a few raisins
    - skim milk

I eat the oatmeal in cold milk, raw...much tastier than the pasty warm oatmeal.

Figure out the amount of turkey, oatmeal, etc. to get to your caloric needs.
Mine comes out to about 600 calories.

the ground turkey is pretty cheap @ about 1.99/lb. I like it instead of eating like 8-10 egg whites.
