Total calories: 3276 calories 6 meals a day: 546 calories per meal Protein (weight x 1.5): 262.5g, 1050 calories Carbs (weight x 2.5): 437.5g, 1750 calories Fat (weight x 0.3): 52.5g, 472.5 caloriesy weight is enough? Can this extra protein simply be turning into fat in my body? Should i lower it to 1? thanx -frank btw, how's everything else look? |

Looks good,I assume you want to put some muscle on?
Ratios are fine. Don't worry about the protein being turned to fat,it won't happen. Again it depends on how your ratios, everyone os different so differebt ratios will work better depending on their bodies and how they react to food. ------------------ train smart not hard |

Protein doesn't turn to fat. What your body doesn't use, it gets rid of. The only danger in having TOO much protein is that it makes your kidneys and liver work too hard.
This website does a pretty good job explaining it http://www.powersupplements.com/protein.htm Hope that helps. |
