Maximum Amount Of Protein Per Meal ??

    Hey guys.
How much protein can you have in one serving before its deemed counter productive, I heard it was around 60g ?

And with that what is the time frame before you can eat another meal of protein so that that meal doesnt become counter productive aswell.
    Thanks

depends on the person and their BW, their muscle mass, etc.....

The amount of protein that I can effectively use in one sitting is not the same as say, Ronnie Coleman.

AFAIK it won't become counter productive when you eat an execess of protein. It will just be turned into energy.

I'd say any weightlifter can take over 30 and very few can take over 60.
