I read through the sticky on diet, but I didn't really notice anything on how much I should be eating if I'm trying to focus on gaining strength. While I do want to put on some weight, I'm not in any rush to do it and I'd like to first focus on strength. Should I just be eating enough to maintain my current body weight?
Well you really dont have to put on any weight to gain strength. As far as mass goes, well thats a different story. The more you eat the more mass you will get. Depending on what you are putting in your mouth that mass maybe bad also. But as far as strength goes you can get stronger without seeing any noticable difference in your body or putting on weight. If I were you just keep your protein high along with your calories and good carbs and you will do just fine.
