    Fats

    hey guys im a lil comfuse in this if im eating a meal that contains this

    cals - 620
    Total fat 5
    sat fat 5

    thats means that im taking in 10 grams of fat in total right

    Nope It Means That There's 5 Grams Of Fats All Of Them Are From Sat.

    Yes you should only count that as total fat. But realize that the sat. fats that you are putting into your body are not good for you at all. Try and take in good fats. Meaning things like olive oil, fish oil, most nuts.

    Saturated fat isn't completely bad for you but you do need to limit it. Trans fat obviously is the one you need to have ZERO of, and do what you can to get as much of your total fat percentage from polyunsaturated (types that Double D mentioned).
