That's pretty bad! LOL

Can you post your stats and goals in this thread...I know you have them somewhere but I forget where.

I need weight, height, age, goals, and how long you've been training.

again!

I agree, that's not a very good diet.

What is your goal?

Re: alright guys tear me apart

Well, you don't have to spend a lot to eat properly! Drop the processed foods and you'll have more money for the right foods

*****This is a yummy breakfast of sugar The absolute worst thing to start your day w/! Try some old fashioned oats and eggs. You really need protein in this meal, and some slow burning carbs to get you through to your next meal...all that sugar is going to lift you up and you'll crash big time!

about 5 or 6 hours later after work and workout
50g protein shake with skim milk
3 packs of ramen noodles

*****So, I'm looking at a package of those shitty noodles and it says 19 g of fat per package.....is that what it says on your label? Oats and/or an apple would go well w/ your shake.

about 5 or 6 hours later
red beans and rice with steak-2-3 bowls

about 1 hour later
50 g protein shake with skim milk

*****You need to add a tbsp of fat to this meal....Natural peanut butter, flax seed oil or safflower oil in the shake.

You should really try to eat a more balanced diet, and eat more frequently, 6 hrs between meals is too long. Your protein could be higher, as well as your fat...and you really need to replace all that sugar w/ healthier, slower-burning carbs.

tuna is cheap and very portable. obviously not the answer to your overall diet - but it helps! hard boiled eggs also travel well and not too expensive.

you can do this! takes some getting used to but worth it.
