Diet and exercise are the number one ways.

Supplements: KRALA, Vit E, Vanadium, Coenzyme Q10, Taurine, EFA's

Foods to consume: Lemons and ACV are helpful

Lemons?! i usually use a bit of lemon juice in most foods that i prepare. Are you suggesting a regular 'daily dose' of it? Also what is ACV, Jodi?

Yes, Apple Cider vinegar Yes, a daily dose. Everytime you are going to eat carbs have some ACV and or fresh squeezed Lemon juice. I usually have a tea in the morning with half a lemon of juice in it. I also squeeze lemon juice on my salad with ACV and Olive Oil or Flax Oil for a salad dressing.

    KRALA is better than ALA.

ALA comes in S or R. R is more stable, potent and efficent than S. KR is better than R. Your body can metabolize it better than any other form.

How valid do you think the ACV is? The only study that I have ever seen was on a rat metabolism, which is not a human metabolism, so I question the validity of it. (plus, the stuff just smells bad).

Postprandial fluxes in insulin were significantly reduced by vinegar in control subjects, and postprandial fluxes in both glucose and insulin were significantly reduced in insulin-resistant subjects
I also suggest only raw apple cider vinegar with the mother. Bragg makes a good one.

I'm laughing at the fact that they claim to be able to do that with viruses. Never mind sugar molecules.
