Whats the best way to loose 14% body fat

    Hello everyone

I suppose everyone has heard a similar question to mine a thousand times,

But ive had a look at sorting a diet but its just so hard with so little knowledge

My situation im in is my metabolism is really slow due to having a crap diet for years im currently at 24% body fat but would like to get down to 10-12%

Bascially ive gone from eating my breakfast at 7.30am which is a bowl of cereal and then having nothing till about 1.30pm which consists of ham sandwhich and a packet of crisp, then having nothing else till about 9.30pm which more then likely was something little like beans on toast,

i know the basics of the diet which is to have a meal every 3 hours of the waking day and eat lots of protein and drink lots of water but i just dont know what to eat in them meals,
ive got isolate for my protein drinks, malt loafe for my snack and scrabbled egg no yoke for my last meal

    Hope you lot can help

You are slowing your metabolic rate down by too few meals!

I bet you are starving when you eat and then eat the wrong foods!

Eat at least 4 or 5 meals a day with smaller portions.

Get rid of crisps, pop, white bread, pasta, rice, sugar etc

Eat 100% wholegrain products ie bread, pasta etc

Eat fruit and veg, plenty of it

Eat a protein and complex card at ev meal

    Drink plenty of water

I am sure you know this, and this is all there is to it.....

    Good Luck

Get a third shift job stocking groceries, like me. LOL

Then, your problem will be the opposite.
