I did a trade show where the booth right next to me was the Ronco Rotissori. They were feeding me chicken breasts all day, and MAN were they good! (Plus the lady working the booth was Ron Popeil's ex-wife and she's HOT! So I was being fed chicken breasts by a hot chick. What a BB'ers dream!)

Anyway, I wouldn't get one because I think it's just another gadget to have in the kitchen. But they are handy, and I heard nothing but great testimony from people at the trade show.

Men's Health magazine tested one of these a couple issues back, along with a bunch of other cooking gadgets. They say it's a great product, but cleanup is a bitch.

I have one and I love the way the food comes out. It seems to take a little longer to cook a whole chicken than a oven would, but the meat is always very juicy, and it is as easy as the "set it and forget it" slogan they push. For some awsume tasting chicken inject it with whatever seasoning you like.

I use it and love it . The HUGE problem is the cleanup . If you don't mind that aspect , give it a go .
