question about fat loss from specific body parts

hey im new here, and id like to start things off here with a question that ive been wanting to know the answer to for awhile.well you see, months ago, i went on a healthier diet and started to exercise alot more. i did alot of biking and power walking and i lost the weight i wanted to. but ya see, most of the weight i lost was off my upper body, so i dont have a gut now. but! i still have upper leg fat and..well butt fat that i want to try and get down a bit. is there anyway i can exercise so that i dont lose anymore upper body weight and so that it just comes off my legs and butt?

    Impossible!!

You cannot control where you lose weight from!! Simple as!

You can only improve howyoulook in those poor areas by tightening up i.e weight training.

diet is the key, along with a good training routine

So post current stats and diet with macros and cals.

As well as current training routine for suggestions

you can lose weight any number of ways. as long as you aren't consuming more calories then you use during a day.

the key is keeping your muscle mass. so diet and a proper traing routine are key.

This guy at the gym (in the locker room) came up to me and said wow, you don't have any fat on your sides (love handles). It was a little scary that he was looking at me. He asked me how he could loose his love handles and I told him you can't "spot reduce." People tell me this over and over, that they are trying to reduce fat in a specific area and get mad at me when I tell them it don't work that way, so I just quit bothering.
