I spent a lot of time on here about a year ago and really felt that I 'perfected' my diet (or as good as) through a lot of feedback from senior members.
Alas, I found this 'perfect' diet
a little difficult to maintain even though I saw some pretty amazing changes. I found it hard due to the sheer discipline required in preparing the meals and eating them regulalry.
I still keep a fairly good diet but would like some feedback.
Ok, typically:
Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal.
Not a complete meal. Lacking Protein, EFA's
Snack: Protein shake mixed with some strawberries
maybe some oat bran
Lunch: Chicken Breast, rice, veggies
Snack: Some tuna
veggies and efas
Dinner: Chicken Breast, rice + veggies
Snack: Cottage cheese
maybe some natty pb
I am trying to CUT at the moment.
Ok - I KNOW you all like more details (like how much of everything) but the truth is that these days
I just approximate, but don't go overboard.
I also KNOW that I could do a lot better with discipline, but would you rate this current diet: UTTER SHITE, SUB-STANDARD, OK, GOOD, VERY GOOD.
