    Pretty good diet...but want feedback

    Hi all,

I spent a lot of time on here about a year ago and really felt that I 'perfected' my diet (or as good as) through a lot of feedback from senior members.

Alas, I found this 'perfect' diet a little difficult to maintain even though I saw some pretty amazing changes. I found it hard due to the sheer discipline required in preparing the meals and eating them regulalry.

I still keep a fairly good diet but would like some feedback.

    Ok, typically:

    Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal.

Snack: Protein shake mixed with some strawberries

    Lunch: Chicken Breast, rice, veggies

    Snack: Some tuna

Dinner: Chicken Breast, rice + veggies

    Snack: Cottage cheese

I am trying to CUT at the moment.

Ok - I KNOW you all like more details (like how much of everything) but the truth is that these days I just approximate, but don't go overboard.

I also KNOW that I could do a lot better with discipline, but would you rate this current diet: UTTER SHITE, SUB-STANDARD, OK, GOOD, VERY GOOD.

    Thanks in advance!!!

PS - I don't want feedback on what to add to this, please assume this is the best I can currently do based on my self discipline.

It is mediocre really hard to say with the lack of info.

Suggestions imbedded. However if you want to make the best of your cut educate yourself about macros and cals so you can make adjustments to your diet.
