I've had the day off work today, woke up around 4:30am with stomach ache and then shortly after i was sick, this happened 3 times all together by around 8:30am. Is it possible it could have been creatine? I understand creatine can give you stomach cramps but didnt think it could make you sick. I've been using creatine for around a week now, taking it just on my workout days, 5 grams an hour before. I worked out yesterday as normal and pretty much ate just what i normally would. My girlfriend was recently ill with a stomach bug, that was a week ago, and i was with her most the weekend so im thinking it could perhaps be that. Im hoping it isnt the creatine anyway. Im currently at home, finding it very hard to stomach anything, ive had a banana and some juice and thats it, I wanna try and get some calories in me today so my training isnt affected but im finding it quite hard!
