    Hows this for a breakfast?

    3 egg whites on 2 slices of 8 grain bread, less than half a cup of cottage cheese , half a large bannana, a yellow apple, 4 small carrots, 1 cup of cranberry juice and a cup of water ?

    well you could say im cutting but in 5 weeks ive lost 10 pounds of fat and starting to bulk im 167 pounds right now (im 16 btw) i want to get to 157-160 lbs...im doing weight training every other day and cardio everyday.

    Is juice really not god for breakfast? thanks
