    29 Pound Bulk in 4 Months Possible ?

    Hey guys,
    I am 5'10 176 pounds my goal on a clean bulk is to get to 205 pounds.
    How long will it take me to get to this ?
    Could it be done from Start of next month to February (4 Months)
    I know it depends on diet and so fourth but is it acheivable ??

    In 4 months you can gain about 4-6 lbs of pure muscle depending on how advanced you are.....29 Lbs will take you 2-3 years.

    29 lbs will make you a big fatty rolly polly in four months. Dont do it

    if you add 29 lbs in 4 months most of the gains will be fat , you better bulk slowly ...by the way if you gained 6-8 lbs of pure muscles you'll be a new guy...29 lbs of pure muscles = you'll win a bb competition easily.

    I can gain 29 pounds in 2 weeks.... Ill look like Rosie Odonnell, but ya, I can do it!

    Slow and steady is the way to do it, anything easy and fast aint worth having

    If you were bigger (muscluar) at one time and have lost all of it. Then it wouldnt be to crazy to hear of gaining that much back, Muscle has tremendous memory. But if it all new muscle growth then I would say atleast 1/2 would be fat.
