taking any supplements?just with food?without loosing too much muscle gain. thanks
I have no idea why you kids think supplements do anything at all. Supplements have 0 effect on what body fat % you can hit. I hit 4% without any supps or drugs...and no cardio at all.

and yes i agree with foreman supplements may speed it up but if you are not already doing every thing right supplements will have 0 effect on your body..... to lose fats you must consume calories less than you burn so the body goes to your fat storage and burn it for energy it's a 100% diet issue...
lightout, im 7.5% down from 9.5% with just diet, some weights and a little cardio. Just get your diet down pat and follow it, burn calories, and you'll get there. Knowing what you are going to eat in advance, having a plan, and pre-preparing food is probably what you need, not supplements. keep lifting.
Sure you can, but why is the next question, are you cutting to meet a pesonal goal or a contest? Or just doing it for the hell of it? Some people have a naturally low set point and some don't. Doesn't mean you can't move it around....but if you are trying to go lower than what your body would prefer, you might be placing yourself under some undo stress. 8% is reasonably attainable without tricks. As you approach the lower percentages though, your body's unique chemistry becomes a factor. Some need more time than others, that's all.
