    Question gain weight

    hi,
    My name is philip>My height is 6.4feet But my weight is 65 kgs.
    I want to incrtease my weight.can anybody suggest me some tips to gain some weight.

    Lots of good quality calories
    Lift heavy weights (compound exercises eg squat, chins, rows etc)
    Rest

    Repeat
