    whats better...

    sugar-free yogurt or fat-free yogurt? (if cutting)

    Get some Fage Total 0% Greek yoghurt. Just pasturised cows milk, live cultures and that's it. Some people find it too tart to eat but I love it with fruit and nuts. Yum!
    Proteins are good... Fats are good... Carbs are the problem!

    I cant believe any one can find it hard to eat, its the best tasting yogurt i ve ever had

    I would say sugar free if you dont like the plain stuff.

    Sugar will spark off blood sugar highs, followed by a low which is followed by cravings for more sugar!!

    The yogurt w/ the fruit on the bottom. Makes you eat it - just to get to the fruit! Yes, I do eat yogurt... and often.

    Most of them are garbage, loaded with sugar. if you want fruit add it in afterwards.
