I prefer the Fage 1%.![]()
I was going to make this a rice only thread, but I decided to expand it to some Name Brands foods you can actually buy that are healthy for you AND taste good. And not a list of just of Raw root vegetables that require 8 hours in the oven and meticulous preperations by Wolf Gang Puck if you even want it to not taste like cardboard.
Latest find:
Lundberg Jubilee: A Gourmet Blend of 7 Premium Brown Rices; Sweet Brown Rice, Short Grain Brown Rice, Long Grain Brown Rice, Wehani, Black Japonica.
Mix 1 cup of Rice with 2 cups of water. Optionally add a TABLESPOON of Olive Oil.
This Rice really does taste good. It is very flavorful.
Horizon Organic Cottage Cheese.
For those who don't like Cottage Cheese, you might like this kind. There seems to be Cheese and Whey, and none of that disgusting yellow plasma you find in cheap super market brands.
Fage 2% Yogurt:
I can't stand Yogurt. This is the only Yogurt I can barely eat. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Anyone ever tried the almond equivalent of peanut butter? I love almonds. The spread is expensive though.
