    omega 3 cookies

I just bought these omega 3 flaxseed cookies with 4 grams of total fat and 1 gram saturated fat. Isnt having only 3 grams of efas kind of small or are omega fats more than just mono and polyunsaturated fats?

Not a good way to get your EFA's in that's for sure.

Unless the flax seeds are cracked, they are useless to you. You need to get in your cold pressed oils and fish oil caps.

Speaking of 'cold presses' oils, is there something wrong with having heated oil for ur efa source? Whats the different?

Omu kind of said it in his first post. Let's say you need 10g fat in a meal. If you use fish/flax oil caps, the package says its only 1 gram of fat/cap, so you need to take 10 of them? Or do you count them some other way.
