    getting big problem

my schedule doesn't really allow me to eat as much as I should. I'm at school every week day from 9 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoon, then directly after that I work from 3 to 9:30 in the evening. I don't work enough hours to get a lunch so from 12:30 till I come home I haven't eaten anything substantial. Any suggestions....

Make a meal that you can eat in between school and work.

I'd say 'do what I do' have a solid breakfast (egg whites/ oats fruit etc), have a protein shake mid mornin, have a solid lunch (chicken/beef/tuna mayo, baked potatoes/rice/pasta veggies) another protein shake or sandwich durin the afternoon (1 can tuna/ chicken breast/ beef, mayo salad veggies on four slices of wholemeal/ granary/ rye ezeziel etc bread), then have a solid dinner, and then another shake or cottage cheese before bed.

Now, does money become an issue when eating like that? I'm a college student working a part time job and paying bills and rent.
