    after the gym i like to have a joint on the walk ... sometimes when i get home ill throw a mickey of capt. morgs in my shake too , i dont beleive in the strict stuff anymore so on 1 of my off days ill hav ea few beer with some buds and munch out on pizza

    it doesn't matter what food I prefer when i cut, b/c the only food i eat on my diet is chicken, rice, broccoli, oatmeal, whey, and flax oil.

    You can make all kinds of things with them. Sweet, sour, spicy or just plain egg whites with some black pepper, lemon and mustard mix.

    I love egg whites. I guess I'm on of the few. I never have liked the yellow part. I probably should eat more though, but I usually just pass them altogether. Even when I was a kind I would drain the yolk out of the fried eggs.
