    Major Calorie Deficit

i'm on a vacation in two weeks. I wanna lose my little gut from the minor-bulk I've been on. Hopyfully cut out some BF too. I want to look good for the tropical beaches.

How drastic should I cut my calories? down to 1200 cals/day?

I don't care if I lose some muscle, small gut & lookin' lean is more important right now.

    Too little too Late.

Best thing you could try is some water manipulation. But that would only last a day at the most.

Just eat as clean as possible for the next couple of weeks with a slight caloric deficit. At least you can make a little progress.

lol if your height is 5'7 - 5'8 then you have got nearly the same stats like me...any way if you have two weeks then maybe you can lose 2-3 lbs or fat and lose another 3-4 lbs by dehydration

Wear a corsett. Just make sure to wear a shirt over it.

I find most hotel resorts have some light basic weight equipment.

My suggestion would be to do some light 'pump' workouts before hitting the beach everyday.

This should at least shift the emphasis a litle away from your stomach.

Yeah, pump for the beach. Every 20 minutes run back to the gym and pump again. Run back to the beach so you'll have more 'pump time' before having to 'repump'. Don't forget the cucumber in your Speedos!
