    Talking Bulking...quick Carb question

    im bulking right now... im working out 6 times a week ( weights 4-5 times a week). My goal is to gain at least 10 pounds of lean muscle.
    The problem is its not easy for me to gain weight, so I was wondering if consuming carbs with protein for my last meal would be OK.

    Would a "healthy" PB & J sandwich be ok if I'm bulking? (whole grain bread, natty PB, sugar-free jam). Maybe even pasta? Or is it best to stick to brown rice and oats with protein before bed?

    Wholegrain pasta is ok, though I still eat white pasta and white potatoes. Why are you lifting weights 4-5 times a week, woud of thought the max would be 4, your body needs time to repair cells, but this all depends on your trainin regime and ur diet at the moment. Posting ur current diet, training regime, height, age, weight etc will help.
