    How much protein??

    Approx how many grams of protein is there in a large egg white, the brand I use doesn't say on the packaging!!

    I'm talking about the average large ones u can get from the supermarket.

    So 4g each, good to know cheers buddy, was just gonna scrammble some up noe so now I know how many to add!

    Read muscle and fitness a few months back and they said whole large egg is 6g protein and egg white is around 4g protein.

    BTW - I once bought a carton of Jumbo eggs... 10 of the twelve eggs where "double yolks"!

    Cool. I know ive posted another thread but no one seems to notice. If you hard boil eggs how do you eat them cold? They go all dry in my mouth

    Egg White - 3.5G of protein 0 fat
