I'm talking about the average large ones u can get from the supermarket.
So 4g each, good to know cheers buddy, was just gonna scrammble some up noe so now I know how many to add!

Read muscle and fitness a few months back and they said whole large egg is 6g protein and egg white is around 4g protein.

Cool. I know ive posted another thread but no one seems to notice. If you hard boil eggs how do you eat them cold? They go all dry in my mouth![]()

Egg White - 3.5G of protein 0 fat
Egg Yolk - 3.5G of protein 5G fat
