can someone help me with my diet please??

I was wondering if someone could go over my diet and let me know if they have any suggestions. I am 145 lbs and am looking to lose about 20-30 lbs. I am trying to do carb cycling...2 low carb days followed by a high carb. I am trying to lift 5-6 days a week and am doing 6-7 days of cardio on an empty stomach. I also kickbox two days a week. heres my diet:

    low carb:
    meal 1:1/2 cup oatmeal
    protein shake with water
    meal 2: 4 oz chicken
meal 3: 4 oz chicken or tuna
    1/2 cucumber
meal 4: 4 oz lean ground beef or turkey
    2 cups lettuce
meal 5: 3 egg beaters with one whole egg

    high carb:
    meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal
    protein shake with water
meal 2: 1/2 cup brown rice
    4 oz chicken
    meal 3: 1/2 cucumber
    4 oz chicken or tuna
    meal 4: 4 oz chicken
    1/2 sweet potato
meal 5: 4 oz lean ground beef or turkey
    2 cups lettuce
    meal 6: 4 beaters

any suggestions would be great! thanks!

You are eating more carbs on your low days, which is way to low anyway. A medium Sweet potato has about 30 grams, your eating 1/2 of that. low carb dieting is a good way to lose muscle fast. Its for fat fucks, at 145 i doubt your fat. and all that cardio is a recepie for disaster. pro bodybuilders do that much because they are huge and major juiced. drop the cardio, take your protein to 225 a day, carbs to 250 to 300 a day. what your on you'll lose the weight (by starvation) but it going to be all muscle. NO offense bro but @ 145 you cant afford to lose any,why the hell do you want to be 115 pounds.

Just curious...Does low carb mean muscle loss? I mean wouldn't calories be the most important factor? I'm 180 and doing 175g carbs/day...and seem to be maintaining my mass fine?
